Shipping & Handling: There will be a handling fee of 10% for each festival ticket purchased.
*The prices listed within this site are inclusive of the handling fee.

Terms of payment: Payments should be completed at the same time as your order. If payment is not competed at the same time as the order, the order will be canceled.

How to Order: Once you have decided which tickets to purchase please proceed by choosing categories.
After completing your order and payment, you will receive an order email.

We will send you an email with confirmation letter (PDF format) within a week.

Shipping timeframe: For customers who purchase festival entry tickets and campsite tickets

Wristbands for festival entry tickets and campsite tickets will be exchanged at the festival venue when you provide us confirmation letter and your ID. We do not ship wristbands in advance.

For customers who purchase parking tickets and festival entry tickets and campsite tickets

Parking tickets and wristbands for festival entry tickets and campsite tickets are scheduled to start being shipped to your address via EMS (Express Mail Service) from late June. Once the shipping is complete, we will email you the tracking number.

Exchanges/returns/cancellations: Changes or cancellations cannot be made once your festival ticket application is registered. Please check the Item Description for the cancellation policy of each optional service.

Return policy: Festival tickets are non-refundable so please be sure to fully read and understand all rules and regulations before purchasing your tickets.
