How do I purchase tickets?
-If you live in Japan, please purchase tickets from a website for domestic residents.
-If you live in outside of Japan, please purchase tickets from a website for overseas residents.
There are cases where non-Japanese residents purchase from a website for domestic residents. Please double check the ordering site before placing your order.
Do my children need to purchase admission and campsite tickets?
-Children age 15 or below may enter free of charge if accompanied by an adult.
Who can purchase Under22 tickets？
-Tickets for Under 22 can be purchased by people age 16 and over those who will be 22 or under by July 27th, 2025. (Photo ID required)
I am an overseas resident. How do I place an order if the person purchasing and paying for the ticket is different from the person actually attending the festival? (For example, when a parent orders on behalf of a child, or when purchasing as a gift, etc,.)
-When purchasing tickets, please enter your information in the 【Customer Billing Address】field and the information of the person who will actually receive the ticket in the 【Ship To】field. Once your order and payment have been completed, we will issue you a confirmation letter with the name of the ticket recipient.
We are planning to attend with 4 people and 1 car. Everyone will use the campsite. In this case, which ticket type and quantity should we purchase?
-Please purchase a set of two admission tickets + one parking ticket + two campsite tickets, and an additional two admission tickets + two campsite tickets. You can purchase up to four admission tickets with one order.
We are planning to go to the venue by camping van. Please tell me about the size of vehicles that can be parked.
-Parking of vehicles over 6m in length such as "micro" busses is not permitted.
【Regarding the use of RV Camping Cars】
Parking is available as long as the vehicle size is within 2.3m in width and 6m in length.
However, please refrain from obstructing the space of other vehicles by placing chairs or tables outside the vehicle, setting up side awnings, etc.
Guests who wish to cook and camp in the space where they parked their cars may use the “MOON CARAVAN” auto-camping area, which allows for 6m x 6m plot use.(A MOON CARAVAN ticket is required to use this area.)
Do I need to register before purchasing tickets?
-You can purchase tickets by selecting “Checkout as Guest” without registering as a member. If you have registered an account, you can check your registration details and order details.
AFTER PURCHASING THE TICKETS
I have not received a confirmation letter.
-If you do not receive a confirmation letter within one week after completing your order, please contact us with your order number and your full name. The e-mail may have ended up in your junk mailbox. Please check your e-mail box before contacting us.
I have already purchased admission tickets. Can I add a parking ticket?
-No, you cannot purchase a single parking ticket.
I live overseas, but I accidentally selected the option to buy domestic tickets. Can I cancel my order?
-For those living on Japan, payment will be made by domestic bank transfer, so if payment is not completed within one week, the order will be automatically cancelled.
CHANGE PURCHASER INFORMATION
I want to change the name on the confirmation letter.
-Please contact us with your order number, purchaser’s name, reason for wising to change, and full name you would like to change. Please note that resale of tickets is invalid.
I have a friend living in Japan. Can I change the address for receiving my parking ticket to my friend’s address in Japan?
-Yes, please contact us with your order number, your full name and new shipping information (Recipient name, address and phone number) by early June. Please note that if there is a difference in shipping costs due to address changes, we cannot refund them.
HOW TO RECEIVE TICKETS(Wristbands)
[For customer who purchased entrance tickets and campsite tickets]
Your entrance wristbands and campsite wristbands will be exchanged at the Box Office for Overseas Customer at the festival site. Wristbands will not be shipped in advance.
[For customer who purchased entrance tickets and campsite tickets including parking tickets]
Your entrance wristbands and campsite wristbands including parking tickets will be shipped sequentially via EMS from late June. Advance delivery of Friday Night Ticket, Under22 1 Day Ticket, and Under17 1 Day Ticket not available. If you have purchased these tickets, please exchange your tickets for a wristband on arrival to the festival.
I purchased 4 admission tickets. Can I receive tickets separately?
-We cannot issue individual confirmation letters to those who have purchased multiple tickets. The representative should keep a confirmation letter and exchange wristbands for everyone at the festival site.
CANCELLATION
I want to cancel my ticket and get refund.
-We regret to inform you that as stated on the FRF'25 official website and our website, changes or cancellations cannot be made once your application is registered.
