HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TICKETS?
You can pay by credit card or eCheck via PayPal.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN WE PURCHASE AT ONCE?
The maximum number of tickets you can purchase at once is 4 (four). If you wish to buy more than 4 tickets, another order has to be made.

WE ARE 3 PEOPLE, AND WILL USE 1 TENT. HOW MANY CAMPSITE TICKETS DO WE NEED?
A campsite ticket is valid for one person, so you will need to buy 3 campsite tickets.

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS?
Cancellation cannot be made after the payment is made.

I DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM PAYPAL AFTER PAYMENT.
The order will automatically be cancelled if the payment is not made within 24 hours after placing an order.
When choosing eCheck, it sometimes takes from a few days up to a week until the transaction is finished, but it is not a problem.
The security system within PayPal is very sensitive. In rare cases, there is a possibility that PayPal may delay your payment for 2 weeks or so while they examine your status or cancel your payment.
Your tickets will be held while PayPal is examining the payment, but once PayPal declines the payment your order will be cancelled.
This type of case tends to occur when a country where your card was issued and a country where your payment is made are different. (e.g. in the case where you make a payment from another country while on a business trip).
If you encounter this problem, we suggest you contact Paypal directly, try again by using another credit card, or ask a friend to make payment.
We cannot be held liable for any problems arising between you and PayPal, damages (such as rise of transportation or accommodation costs or changes in the currency exchange rate).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM YOU?
After payment is made, an email with confirmation letter (PDF format) attached will be sent within one week.

If you do not receive an email with confirmation letter attached within one week, please follow the procedure below.

1. The email we sent you might be in a spam box. Please check it in the box.
2. The email we sent you came back as undeliverable mail. In this case, we can receive email from you but we cannot send you email. If you contact us several times and you do not receive our replies, please inform us your order number and full name and other email address.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY WRISTBANDS? WHAT DO I NEED?
Your wristbands will be exchanged at the GAN-BAN booth outside of the entrance gate of the festival site. Make sure to bring and show your passport and confirmation letter to staff.

TRAVELLING TO FUJI ROCK

CAN I TRAVEL TO THE FESTIVAL BY CAR?
Parking tickets are not available here. Please use public transportation.

TRAVELLING FROM TOKYO?
For those of you who wish to travel from Tokyo (or other cities) by shinkansen (bullet train), the festival operates a regular shuttle bus for ticket holders from Echigo Yuzawa station, the station nearest the festival site. You will be able to board the bus by showing your confirmation letter.

Shuttle bus service departing from the JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station to the festival is ¥500 per person. Return trip is free of charge.

We offer camp site ticket, if you’re travelling to Japan with your own camping gear, and now offer a “Rent a Tent” solution for those travelling light!
